Archaeological experience

During my BA and MA (2012-2017), I volunteered at several field surveys and excavations mainly in Portugal, but also in Sardinia. From 2016 to 2020, I worked in different areas of cultural resources management, coordinating and assisting in archaeological digs and field surveys mostly in Lisbon and the Beira Interior, and redacting Environmental Impact Assessment Reports and Historical-Patrimonial Preventive Studies, in accordance to Portuguese legislation.

While this experience has allowed me to excavate most of the chronological contexts present in Portuguese territory, we have focused in Megalithic monuments and Late Bronze Age / Early Iron Age contexts.
